Okay, slightly off-topic, but I couldn’t resist. Anyhow, this was a transport pioneer, of a kind. In the late 19th Century, the architect Joseph Hansom solved the problem of the comfortable taxi-cab that could be drawn by one horse, creating the first of many ubiquitous London Taxis on the way.
