How could I get an E2 Hawkeye and or build one myself? Looking to get it done by June as my brother is retiring from Navy after 26 years.

  Thanks for your message. Like everything we post this is not an official LEGO set and thus is not available to buy in stores.
  
  However you can contact the builder behind it directly by clicking on the link next to the image, and then the link to their online account in the blog text, where you can ask if they would be willing to sell it or share building tips.
