The best source for parts is probably bricklink.com, or LEGO’s own Pick-a-Brick service through lego.com, although finding the parts you want is quite labour intensive at both sites.

Ah brilliant! Thanks TLCB. Having the instructions to build one would be great too, but there is enough detail in the picture (although that might take a while too, but I like a challenge). I’ll update you guys if I get any further.
