We’re living in strange times. At the time of writing internet-connected freezers in supermarkets across Europe have turned up to 50°C, diesel in TLCB’s home nation is now over £2/litre ($10/gallon) thanks to the President of the Unites States, and that same President has launched his own ‘Made in the USA’ phone that’s actually just a Taiwanese HTC painted gold. Thus here at a supposed car blog here’s a giant space insect-based aircraft with an orangery for a bum.

It comes from the delightfully whimsical mind of Vince_Toulouse, and it looks kind of like the sets from LEGO’s own ‘Insectoids’ theme from the late ’90s if only they were, well…. good. A crew of unusual-looking mini-figures join the plants inside the insect-esque helicopter, and you can see more of Vince’s fantastical creation on Flickr via the link above.
