This is a Ferrari F12, built by Lachlan Cameron (aka LoxLego), a TLCB Master MOCer and pioneer of designing and releasing incredible Technic Supercars for other Lego fans to build at home.
Lachlan has published instructions for dozens of his sensational creations via the Rebrickable platform, where we fully expect this Ferrari F12 to be before long. Our Elves couldn’t wait though, so we have Lachlan’s creation here at TLCB Towers for a full Elven assessment (which usually mean sitting in it, fighting over it, and occasionally trying to eat bits of it). Don’t worry, we’re here too, so we’ll try to write something useful…
Faithfully replicating Ferrari’s V12-engined grand tourer, Lachlan has included a wealth of Technic Supercar functions packaged inside the beautifully accurate exterior. There’s a front/mid-mounted V12 engine of course, with fully independent suspension and working steering, plus the doors, hood and hatchback trunk all open, revealing a brilliantly lifelike interior and engine bay.
Lachlan has also included LEDs to illuminate the front and rear lights, with a battery box hidden neatly inside.

This phenomenal Volvo F12 truck complete with a VBA box and a Dapa drawbar box trailer was found by one of our Elves on Flickr today, and we know it’s early but this is surely already a contender for the best truck of 2020.
Built by Master MOCer and truck-building legend Dennis Bosman (aka legotrucks), this spectacularly presented build perfectly replicates the real trucks that were in use with the refrigerated transport company ‘Sties’ whose livery Dennis has expertly recreated.
Dennis’ 1:13 scale replica of the 1980s truck (making it almost 150cm in length) not only looks absolutely beautiful on the outside, it includes a wealth of features too, including a tilting cab with a fully fitted interior, and highly detailed engine and chassis, and opening cargo doors.

Ryan Link of MOCpages has appeared here at TLCB a few times over the years, and his latest creation continues his ascension into the very top ranks of the community’s vehicle builders. This is a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and it is – as you can see – a beautiful piece of design. It’s also complicated. Really complicated. Yet somehow (using witchcraft and magic we suspect) Ryan has replicated the F12’s fiendishly difficult bodywork brilliantly in Lego form. And the doors, hood and rear hatch still open.
Ryan has deployed a cunning variety of superb building techniques, blended together seamlessly, to create his Maranello masterpiece, and the engine bay and interior are just as well crafted as the outside.
